Adding Process Data Paths

We will now add process data paths to our Support Case Management process, which we can use to create correspondence in the Infinity Process Platform portal later.

Creating a Data Path for Customer Name

To create a data path for using the customer name:

  1. Open the properties page of the Support Case Management process definition.
  2. In section Data Path click Add.

  3. Enter ID and name CustomerName.
  4. Select data SupportCaseData.
  5. Leave Direction as IN.
  6. Click Browse to browse to the data path.

  7. Select Name and Finish.

Now the data path should look like the following:

Creating a Data Path for Product Name

In the same way create a new data path with ID and name ProductName:

  1. Select data SupportCaseData.
  2. Leave Direction as IN.
  3. Click Browse to browse to the data path.
  4. Select Product and Next.
  5. Select Name and Finish.

Now the data path should look like the following:
