To retrieve available information on all active and waiting activities in the Infinity Process Platform runtime environment, open the Activity Overview in the Administration Perspective launch panel.

This section displays how many activities are active, interrupted, completed and aborted.

The Activities table displays the details about activity instances and provides actions on those. It displays the following details:
|Activity||Name of the activity|
|Activity OID||Activity OID|
|Priority||Priority of the activity|
|Criticality||Criticality category of the activity instance|
|Descriptors||Descriptor of process the activity belongs to|
|Resubmission Time||Resubmission time for the according activity instance|
|Start Time||Start time of the activity|
|Last Modified||Last modification time|
|Duration||Duration of the activity in days, hours, minutes and seconds|
|Assigned To||User the activity is assigned to|
The following columns are not displayed, but can be added via the Select Column filter:
|Benchmark||This column displays a benchmark category flag for a activity instance in case benchmarks are defined.|
|Process||Name of according process.|
|Process OID||OID of according process.|
|Status||Status of the activity (completed, suspended etc.)|
|Completed By||User, role or organization the activity is completed by|
|Participant Performer||Participant performer (role, organization) of the activity.|
|Case Description||Description of the case|
|Case Name||Name of the case|
|<custom descriptor>||You can add a separate column for each available descriptor. The column uses the name of the according descriptor. See section Selecting a separate column for a specific descriptor of chapter Working with Activity Tables for details.|
