This chapter covers the following:
You can change the default criticality formula to be used by adding a custom formula to the Default Criticality Formula entry field.
Figure: Setting the default Criticality Formula
Based on the calculation formula defined in the model property dialog box, an activity criticality is calculated. It is recalculated when any of the following recalculation event is set. By default, all the options are selected.
Figure: Set Re-calculation Events
By default, criticality is represented in three categories. Each criticality category has a value range. Minimum value range starts from 0 and maximum value is 1000. If the calculated value falls in the range of 667-1000, the criticality of an activity is considered as high. If calculated value falls in the range of 334-666, the criticality of an activity is considered as medium. If it falls in the range of 0-333, the criticality is considered as low. The following table lists the default values:
|Criticality Value Range||Label||Icon||Icon Display|
|667-1000||High||The red color flag icon represents high criticality.||By default, only one flag is highlighted in red color.|
|334-666||Medium||The yellow color flag icon represents medium criticality.||By default, only one flag is highlighted in yellow color.|
|0-333||Low||The blue color flag icon represents low criticality.||By default, only one flag is highlighted in blue color.|
Using the toolbar of categories table, you can add, edit and delete categories.
You can import categories in a zip file. The zip file should contain a folder with XML file of categories.
To import the categories, perform the following steps:

You have to restart your server to make the imported criticality value effective. Note that any values that exist in the Criticality Category are overwritten by the import operation.
