The My Documents view organizes the process documents for the current context, personal documents, and templates for creating correspondence. You can open this view from the My Documents launch entry in the Documents section of the Workflow Execution Perspective. Refer to section Documents in chapter Using Launch Panels for details.
To enable the usage of the Repository view in an EJB environment without Spring, you need to configure some environment setting for document service usage. Please refer to the section Configuration in an EJB Environment without Spring of chapter Managing Resources for details.
The My Documents folder is an area for user-specific documents. Documents in this folder are related to the logged-in user rather than the current context. The logged-in user may upload new documents, create new text documents, and modify and delete any existing documents in their My Documents folder.

Signature images assigned to you are listed in the My Documents folder. You may use signature images to sign documents by dragging-and-dropping a signature from the tree to the Text Editor area of the palette.
Signatures are scanned images of signatures assigned to individual users via the Infinity Process Platform Scanned module. Operators may place scanned images of signatures onto Image documents within the Document Viewer application using the signature annotation they add them to correspondence documents. It is intended to eliminate the steps of having to print documents, sign them, and rescan whenever a document requires a signature.
In the Common Documents section, you can create sub-folders, upload or create common documents or use the correspondence templates folder. The folders and files created in this section appear under the Common Documents folder for all users.
